Orders are generally dispatched the next day after receipt of payment and are shipped via couriers.

Please allow 5 - 7 days for delivery however, in extreme hot weather conditions we will not deliver until the weather is at a safe temperature to send the wine.

All information provided including email addresses will not be given to any third parties.

Any breakages or corked wine needs to reported to Top Australian Wines on (03) 8521 33 33. We will refund you or send a replacement.. Any corked wine will need to be sent back with the cork to Top Australian Wines at our expense.

Upon receipt of the wine we will refund you by Paypal so please provide us with your Paypal email address or bank details for an internet payment.

This can be made via the website or if you wish to order by phone please contact Top Australian Wines on (03) 8521 33 33. 

We will manually take your credit card details over the phone and once freight is calculated we will then charge your card and send you an email with all the transaction and wine tracking details.
